3. Quotes and Pricing
- All quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
- Prices are based on the information provided at the time of quotation
- Additional work discovered during service may incur extra charges, which will be discussed before proceeding
- VAT will be added where applicable
4. Booking and Scheduling
- Bookings are confirmed upon acceptance of our quote
- We will arrange a mutually convenient date and time for the service
- Access to water and electricity supply is required for most services
- The customer is responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area
- We may need to reschedule due to adverse weather conditions
5. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed
- For larger commercial contracts, payment terms may be negotiated
- We accept bank transfer, cash, and card payments
- Late payments may incur additional charges
6. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service: No charge
- Cancellations made within 48 hours: May incur a cancellation fee
- No-shows without prior notice: Full service charge may apply
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather or unforeseen circumstances
7. Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:
- Provide accurate information about the work required
- Ensure safe access to the work area
- Remove or secure vehicles, garden furniture, and fragile items from the work area
- Inform us of any known hazards or issues with the property
- Provide access to water and electricity where required
8. Our Responsibilities
DHP Jet Services agrees to:
- Carry out all work with reasonable skill and care
- Use appropriate equipment and techniques for each surface type
- Maintain valid public liability insurance
- Comply with relevant health and safety regulations
- Leave the work area in a tidy condition
9. Liability and Insurance
- DHP Jet Services is fully insured for public liability
- We take reasonable precautions to prevent damage to your property
- We are not liable for damage to surfaces that are already weakened, damaged, or unsuitable for cleaning
- Pre-existing damage should be reported before work commences
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
10. Results Disclaimer
While we strive for excellent results, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains, discolouration, or marks. Some staining may be permanent or require specialist treatment. We will advise you if we believe full removal is unlikely before proceeding.
11. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will investigate and work to resolve any issues promptly.
